This is a transistor amplifier with bias. The output Ic current is the amplification factor,
beta times the input current Ib. Input your curcuit values.
Rb1 = ohms.    Rb2 = ohms.    Re = ohms.    Rc = ohms. beta = .

Ib = (Vcc-Vbe)/(Rb+beta*Re)= microamps.          Ic = beta*Ib = milliamps.

Vce = Vcc-IcRc-IeRe = volts.

______________________________________________________________
Ex:1     Try Rb=400k     Rc=1k     Re=1k     beta=100
Ex:2     Try Rb=400k     Rc=1k     Re=1k     beta=80
Ex:3     Try Rb=100k     Rc=1k     Re=1k     beta=100
Did you notice no change in Ex:2 and Ex:3? Why?
Ex:4     Try Rb=400k     Rc=50k     Re=1k     beta=100
